Privacy Policy

A plain-language description of what this starter website does and does not collect.

Current starter behaviour: no account, analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, external AI API or server-side media upload is configured. Prompts and selected files are handled in your browser UI only. The service worker caches the website shell for offline access.

1. Information handled in your browser

Prompt text, selected options and file selection are used by the page to operate its interface. This starter does not transmit them to an OpenHiggsfield server. Browser storage may be used for the installed app shell and cache.

2. Network requests

The browser requests website files from the hosting provider. The hosting provider may process standard connection data such as IP address, request time and security logs under its own terms. The site owner does not control the provider's infrastructure logs.

3. Cookies and tracking

This starter does not intentionally set tracking cookies or use analytics. The PWA service worker uses the browser Cache API for offline loading.

4. Uploads and AI generation

Uploads and generation are disabled until a self-hosted backend is configured. Do not treat this as a private cloud vault.

5. Children's privacy

This starter is not designed to collect personal information from children. The operator must define an age policy appropriate to the actual service and applicable law.

6. Changes and contact

The operator should publish a monitored contact method and update this policy before enabling accounts, uploads, analytics, payments or generation services.
