Terms of Service

Starter terms for a static creative workspace. Owner review is required before a public commercial launch.

1. Service status

This release is a static user interface and installable web app. Video rendering, cloud storage, user accounts, payments and hosted inference are not provided.

2. Acceptable access

You may use the website for lawful creative and evaluation purposes. Do not disrupt the site, bypass hosting protections, introduce malware or access systems without permission.

3. Your content

You remain responsible for prompts and materials you choose to use. You must have the rights and permissions required.

4. No generation guarantee

The interface does not currently generate or store AI media. Any future generation feature needs separate documentation for providers, costs, data handling, retention and limits.

5. Availability and liability

The website is provided as-is, without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Governing law

The operator must add accurate governing-law and dispute-resolution terms after jurisdiction-specific legal review.
